While I was playing with my new PR (expressions), I built an AppStore search app without a single line of code needed. #buildinpublic
- Fetch JSON from the app store using a template url: https://t.co/RZPwld3rnN
- Use JSON values for images and texts
- Add scrolling and paging
- Use @judoapp SDK to load JudoView component in the app
- Done #BuiltWithJudo

To build a horizontal scroll that snaps in place in SwiftUI, you need to combine the Scroll Target Behaviour and Scroll Target Layout modifiers…which we just so happened to introduce in this release! #BuiltWithJudo

The Judo 5 release is all about you - thank you for all your feedback!
Thanks to @cbboyer, you now have access to advanced scroll effects, enabling behaviors like full screen vertical swiping (ie. TikTok).
Shoutout to @Quikolas17 for encouraging us to add the vertical axis to the Text Field control so you can build automatically growing text fields (ie. iMessage).
And at @mahyarm8's recommendation, the 'S’ key is now back to being a command for inserting a spacer rather than an SF symbol.

Apple’s answer for designers working on SwiftUI apps is ‘learn to code’.
While we believe it's very advantageous for designers to understand code and the platforms they are designing for, we don’t think they need to start there.
Visual build tools like Judo can make code more approachable while still maintaining the purity of the underlying frameworks.
