So my friend and I booked tickets for Spanish gp in January through the official F1 website. On Thursday my friend got an email from them to say that due to high demand our tickets had cancelled our tickets. Gave us 3 options. 1. Full refund,

2. Credit note for another Gp
3. General admission with refund of difference. I can't do General admission as I'm going to be in crutches. We had stand tickets booked. My real problem is @F1 won't reply to any of our requests for a reason for cancellation. I went through @F1
