@RixhTrapper@desm0ndbane Exactly, writing 50000 words doesn’t mean anything. There were guys who wrote big text threads about how Myles Byrd was comparable to Dylan Harper. Doesn’t mean we have to be happy with their process at all especially when the results haven’t necessarily beared fruit
@503sBest I’ve known Harper for a long time, that’s why I’m victory lapping him. It’s also not the only thing about my account, I’ve been around a long time and have seen draft twitter for a long time and it was pretty easy to see those doubting Harper were gonna be proven wrong.
A “heavy front runner” has emerged in draft lottery reform to end tanking, per @sam_amick
- Change the lottery to 18 teams instead of current 14
- Bottom 10 teams have 8% chance of top pick
- Remaining 20% would be divided among the remaining 8 teams

@jackfrank_jjf My problem is I just don’t buy that cutting those out will solve it and then we are left with the same issues with 10 less games. Teams will still institute rest games for their stars, injuries will still occur, and teams will just shift their focus to the playoffs sooner.
@jackfrank_jjf It’s basketball! It’s a physical sport, injuries happen. Teams and players have already tried all these methods and we still have injuries. You can try but is it worth cutting 10 games off the season? 10 less nights I get to see my favorite team play ball? For me, no.
Sorry for being toxic today but I couldn’t be more happy about a player proving the doubters wrong than Dylan Harper. I knew he was special for years and no bs barttorvik query could sway me.
