* reclaim of the 21-week EMA
* stabilization above prior support
* strong relative volume
* higher weekly lows
* ideally a base-building process lasting months

@profstonge Actually leaving Canada would require amending the Constitution, which is very difficult:

* Likely needs approval from Parliament + at least 7 provinces representing 50% of Canada’s population (the “7/50 rule”)
* Some experts argue it might even require unanimous consent
