One of which is that the diagnostic criteria has expanded to include symptoms that are expressed by a very large percentage of developing brains.
The health care and education infrastructure encourages participation in the system that provides the diagnosis.

I constructed what I considered to be a logical argument, it didn’t work.
We have a fundamentally different perspective on what bias is.
I just know when to quit.

The system was self regulated because advertisers would not associate themselves with outlets that didn’t adhere to journalistic norms.
This is no longer true.
