As e-scooters become more popular with youth, we are seeing situations where riders may not fully understand the safety risks or what the law requires. Parents can help by talking with their teens about responsible riding before issues arise. A quick conversation can go a long way in preventing injuries, avoiding fines, and keeping our paths and roadways safe for everyone. Remind young riders to wear a helmet, follow traffic rules, and stay alert at all times. #NotAToy
