I wrestled in high school and college and did well. Years later when I met up with a former teammate he said, “Greg, you weren’t that good of a wrestler. You just didn’t quit.” His statement stung my pride. He was right. My refusal to give up taught me to learn from each match.
I chose to become curious and inquisitive - and I continue to learn from a broad range of topics and people from developing this habit. Opening my mind to different people & perspectives provides me with an endorphin rush - especially when I can share these discoveries.

Every time we speak with someone, we can engage in a form of learning. If we keep an open mind, listen actively, and be willing to say, “That’s interesting. Tell me more.”
Integration requires creativity as we connect things that may not seem connected. Organizations are not efficient if they remain in silos. They become more efficient – and successful – as leaders bring information and resources together.
