I haven’t wrote in my personal blog in awhile, between running a campaign and publishing a book and helping run our company and homeschooling, I’ve been a busy girl. 🙃

But I thought I’d take a moment to address the fertility crisis from a personal perspective.

Synopsis:

Two reasons women aren’t having kids or are having less —
1. Medical care for women in the US is collapsing and there is not any emphasis on making women whole to combat the chronic illnesses and hormone imbalance. It’s hard to have kids when you aren’t well.
2. Lack of support systems for young families.

Message to younger people:
1. Large families are a blessing and your kids’ lives will be enriched by many siblings
2. Once married, don’t wait. Just have babies and enjoy the adventure.

Millennials:
When your kids have kids, show up and be a part of their life. We never retire from parenting. Work on building a legacy that outlives you.
