It’s not due to an outage; I have erased and restored my phone, downloaded eSims, called tech support twice. I’m waiting on the next level support team to call me (they are calling my wife’s phone) but that was 2 days ago. Not sure what to do.
@ATTcares@ATT I’m on 2+ weeks with my iPhone 15 Pro in SOS mode and no one seems to be able to solve my issue. I can’t get calls or texts. Please help!
