@KevinNunnally1 @WhirlpoolCorp Whirlpool has multiple Brands. We have KitchenAid under that umbrella. My issue has to do with getting a response on a claim I made for damage created by a leak in the refrigerator. Good Luck!

@WhirlpoolCorp I submitted a claim on 10/25/25 and was expecting a response within 30 days. I was then sent to legal for some reason on 12/16/25 and expected a response within 10 days. It is now 91 days from my initial claim an ZERO response from WhirlpoolCorp.
