I'm currently working on content for a new course (online and in person) on the topic of business and systems analysis. I'll post notes, resources and comments on this thread as I progress.
Effective using Twitter to brainstorm in public. Let's see how it goes...
@MTNza , @MTNGroup : Be aware that fraudsters phoning from 073 697 0205 are claiming to represent the MTN fraud department in an attempt to defraud elderly people.
They're using the names Nathaniel James and Charles Isaac
I tried logging on your fraud page, but it does not load
Teacher: "What's 49 divided by 7?"
Future McKinsey Consultant: "Before tackling that, have we really deep dived on whether this 'division' is going to position us, as a class, to take advantage of emerging trends in the digital space? Deborah, I know you had thoughts on this..."
@jappleby Gmail with a range of custom App Scripts for managing supplier invoices, customer orders etc.

Burnout isn't a result of just working too hard. It's a result of working too hard solving artificial problems that shouldn't exist, where the outcome isn't making progress but just getting back to the starting line.
@Gary22k To be honest, I don't care if it's in public or private hands. But for goodness sake, they need to start doing their jobs. And when they don't, there should be consequences - for them.
The safety net for incompetence should end.
@RenaldoGouws , hoping you can shed some light on the electricity issue on Admiralty and Bradley streets in Summerstrand. Following today's loadshedding power never returned
