@OVOEnergy another emergency appointment made today. Another no show. And not contactable again until Monday. 72 hours without electricity until I can even speak to someone. Will you be refunding me for the meals I'm buying. Will you be paying for the hotel I stay in. #ofgem

And when a chat resulted in an emergency call out with in 4 hours...again nobody showed up and no explanation why.
