Si vemos el mapa de la votación en el Perú es evidente que la mayoría de las regiones del Perú no favorecen a Keiko, de lejos. Considerando que en las regiones que sí votaron por ella no fue con mucha diferencia de RS, excepto en Lima y Callao.
Pero la votación en el extranjero sí la favorece.
O sea, los que no viven en el Perú al final son los que eligen al presidente, pasando por encima de los que si vivimos aquí y somos gobernados por el presidente que ellos nos eligieron.

En mi observación no le encuentro el sentido común ni lo justo.
