@Mike_Bedard @PaulSemian Michael, with all due respect you’re comparing apples to oranges in regards to Michigan’s no-fault insurance system vs. Ohio’s. Paul’s suggestion is a great start, and a far better idea than what’s been discussed previously in Lansing for the past 10 years.

Consumers should contact their insurance agency annually to ensure that their rates don’t increase unjustly. Don’t be afraid to shop your policy amongst different insurance companies, as long as you don’t sacrifice quality PIP benefits to obtain the cheapest price!

The term “unlimited benefits” is a commonly misused term within the no-fault industry. Medical benefits are not unlimited, but rather deemed reasonably necessary by a doctor’s script.#NoFaultSavesLives
