Our emergency medical dispatchers are going through 18 months of training that include several months of mentoring. Congratulations to Tristan and his mentor François who coached the delivery of a healthy baby girl last month! Job well done!

Congratulations to Emergency Medical Dispatcher Holly who coached the delivery of a healthy baby boy over the phone during the weekend. She also provided postnatal care instructions until the paramedics and the midwife arrived on scene. Congratulations to all!
