@realEstateTrent @gregg_altimari Depends on the tenant. Some sign panels we put in leases. Larger tenants, nationals… others we often put on revocable license agreements and charge a reasonable fee. Not enough panels for all tenants.

Copilot the worst (relatively speaking…still not terrible). Due to corporate data security requirements though we have to use copilot most of the time.

@creromans I’ve rented boats and owned them. Renting is a better choice for many but I prefer to own. I like the flexibility of being able to go out when and where I want. That said, I bought my boat used, it’s a very modest boat I keep on a trailer and I’ve had it for 15 years now.

@noahkagan It seems you are comparing below typical average returns on the real estate versus above typical average returns for the stock market. I know owning real estate can be a headache, but just based on more historical, typical averages, the rental would provide the better return.

It is frustrating when the left opposes something with no logic such as opposing voter ID laws. In this case the right is doing the same thing (and I’m on the “right”).

@wrens_dens @charliekirk11 I’m all about deporting illegal immigrants and most urgently those that pose a risk. But…there has to be respect for the law. In court filings the Trump administration admitted the deportation was improper and due to an “administrative error”.
