So the highest order output we can prototype is if we imagine that we've been deputized or ordained by a VA/HUD czar to increase assumable transaction volume and ship everything we can with that lens on until it coalesces and attracts more fuel for the fire.
Another nuance of the assumable loan category is that we aren't inventing the asset as much as the marketplace for an enormous existing category that just doesn't have a technology and marketing team or plan.
One of the dissonant things about popularizing assumable home loans today, is that most evaluators run the scope through the filter “how will we make money from this” instead of “how much money can we save our users”
