15 years ago today, cops in Iowa shut down three lemonade stands, including that of 4-year-old Abigail, pictured here.
She was selling 25-cent cups of lemonade to passersby. Her crime? She didn't have a $400 permit.
"If the line is drawn to the point where a 4-year-old… can't sell a couple glasses of lemonade for 25 cents, then I think the line has been drawn at the wrong spot," her dad said.
Another mom whose children had their lemonade stand shut down said:
“The kids were devastated. They just cried and didn't understand why.”
Headlines like these are what led @Libertas to create the "Lemonade Stand Law" — a state law prohibiting local governments from requiring permits or licenses or sales taxes from minors engaged in occasional business activity.
We got the last passed in Utah, our HQ state—becoming the first of its kind in the country. We've since helped over a dozen states pass similar laws.
And once we got the law changed, we created @kidsmarkets—a program to help kids get into entrepreneurship (with the government off their backs!). Tens of thousands of kids are participating around the country this year. More to come!
Read this Fauci diary entry closely. Officials would not admit the vaccine was not stopping spread because it might weaken the legal case for mandates. That is not science. That is a cover-up to justify coercion.
Stephen A. Smith publicly APOLOGIZES to Kyrie Irving after calling him "selfish" for refusing the COVID jab.
"Hindsight-wise, it didn’t make him stubborn or selfish. It made him BRAVE."
"I watched Dr. Fauci on Capitol Hill yesterday, and the person I thought about most was Kyrie Irving."
“Kyrie Irving stood out in my mind because of the heat that he was taking... He refused the vaccine. New York City's mandate made him ineligible for home games, and he linked his stance to people losing jobs over vaccine mandates."
“In my opinion, particularly hindsight-wise, it didn't make him stubborn or selfish. It made him brave. His willingness to stand up and say, ‘Nah, I'm not doing that.’
“It's just a time for reflection — to look at things differently.”
Kyrie gave up $11,400,000 in game checks during the 21-22 NBA season and a $100,000,000 extension with the Nets to be unvaccinated.
That cements his holdout as the largest financial sacrifice any athlete has ever made over an issue in history.
RFK Jr. reveals the single most disturbing thing he discovered in Anthony Fauci’s diaries.
This is peak hypocrisy. No other way to put it.
KENNEDY: “One of the things that was new to me in his diary was his admission that he got a pulmonary infarction in July of 2021 after receiving the vaccine.”
“So he took the Moderna vaccine on TV… to show people it was safe.”
“And then he got one of the primary most expected adverse events, which was potentially deadly blood clots in his lung, myocardial infarction.”
“He kept that secret from the American public, and we only learned about it because of the diary.”
“He was getting the best medical treatment that is available to anybody in the world at Walter Reed and all these other centers. There were doctors fawning over him.”
“Meanwhile, he was telling other people to take this product and concealing the fact that he himself, after announcing this press conference to show it was safe, had actually gotten very, very sick from an injury that was highly expected and highly likely to be caused by the vaccine.”
You know who wasn’t allowed to plead the Fifth?
- everyone who was fired for not taking an experimental vaccine
- kids who dropped dead from heart attacks
- the beagles Fauci tortured and killed
I could go on, but the bottom line is that there’s an untouchable class in Washington that represents the biggest blackpill of my generation. And until it is dismantled this country will never return to its full potential.
The Real Anthony Fauci became the #1 non-fiction hardcover bestseller despite being the most censored book of the decade. Bookstores, including national chains, refused to carry it. Libraries refused to carry it. Every major newspaper declined to review it. The New York Times refused to publish a paid advertisement for the book and made it #7 on its bestseller list, even though it outsold any other book by thousands of copies.
YouTube took down videos of a book signing. Amazon shadow banned it. Twitter wouldn’t let the publisher promote it.
Despite all of that, 1.4 million Americans bought the book because they were tired of the lies and they wanted their freedom back.
Then today, with hundreds of millions of Americans demanding the truth, Fauci invoked the Fifth Amendment 111 times at his Senate hearing. The American people waited six years for answers. Today, they got silence. But that silence told us all we needed to know.
Thank you, @SenRandPaul, for your relentless pursuit of truth, transparency, and accountability. 🇺🇸
@MattWalshBlog Ok stfu and go vote for Trump again bro. Who are you trying to appeal to? You obviously know the limitations here were cause by Biden’s pardon. It’s easy to complain, bitch!
Everyone who enabled Fauci and his lies is as guilty as him because the evidence was there all along.
End the circus and start prosecuting people like Peter Marks and Deborah Birx who don’t have pardons.
When you accept a pardon you waive your fifth amendment rights for the crimes you received a pardon for. Another reason why preemptive blanket pardons should be unconstitutional. Invoking the Fifth while having a blanket pardon for all crimes is a sick perversion of our justice system. Fauci needs to be charged.
After (literally) claiming to be the voice of truth and science, as he gave the pseudoscientific justification for tyrannical lockdowns and mandates, today Fauci pled the 5th like the criminal bitch he is.
Sheryl Gay Stolberg gets it wrong again. Repeatedly describing these documents as Dr. Fauci’s “private diaries” is inaccurate and misleading.
These were not personal journals. They were government records created on a government computer by a federal employee during one of the most consequential public health emergencies in history.
Under federal law, these documents belong to the American people.
Precision matters. Stolberg’s mischaracterization has predictably fueled outrage among Democrats, who have denounced @SenRandPaul's release of Dr. Fauci’s “private diaries.”
While you were forced to let your grandparents and loved ones die alone in hospitals and nursing homes - or be away from your wife while she gave birth - members of the media were dining with Dr. Fauci. They knew there was a double standard and didn't care.
Senator Rand Paul’s email drop contains this email from the NIH on March 2, 2021 saying:
“The SMEs on that call (especially obgyns) were aware that mRNA might reach the fetus”
But former CDC dir. Rochelle Walensky said at the White House Covid briefing on August 12, 2021 that they:
“did not find any safety concerns for pregnant people who are vaccinated”.
VAERS was telling them anything but “safe and effective” and they were aware it would reach the fetus.
But they carried on with the show.
