@therestismoney Excellent listen. Is there not a key difference in how the agricultural estate is valued for IHT purposes - It’s the agricultural value which is assessed and not the market value (which is typically a lot higher than agricultural value?) which is what many seem to be focusing on?

A Swedish company has designed the Jetson ONE, a personal electric aerial vehicle that "anyone can own and fly" - if you only have $92,000 lying around to buy one.
According to the company, the vehicle can fly up to 1,500 meters high and at 60+ mph for approx 20 mins.
