The name ‘strawpage’ reminds me of the straw man fallacy, in which someone distorts another’s argument to make it easier to pick apart. This sounds an awful lot like someone I used to know.

Justice is a finely tuned instrument. Unfortunately, some people insist on using it like a sledgehammer and then wonder why everything is broken!
