@WDWGuestService really missed the mark on this one. Mechanical failures certainly happen. However, WDW guest services failed us today after being suspended 50+ feet in the air for over 30 mins. with rather harsh & abrupt ride. #poorcustomerservice @WaltDisneyCo #DisneyWorld
