Secondly, the van comes without the staff to pick the garbage. Without the pickup staff, the van visiting us is useless.

2. Dhbvn has blocked the services of listening to customer complaint. They do pick the calls but don't pass on the message to lineman.
3. Lineman comes and calls racist remarks and tells us, if you want work to be done instantly, go back to Kerala.

@MunCorpGurugram This is to reiterate that despite repeated follow-ups there was no action taken to resolve our issue about sewage water overflow in the verandah and on the roads of our society. Infact, the overflow increased just after people from MCG meddled with the drainages
