I'd like to repost this on mail ballot voting. In my opinion, it should be done only in special circumstances or physical limitations. It really does cut down on fraud and allows quicker results. We live in the 21st century, not the 18th century. Our technology has advanced.

..Mail ballot voting should be for those with physical disabilities or special circumstances like being in the military or other oversea duties, otherwise person voting with I.D.'s cuts down illegal voting fraud. 14th amendment states only citizens can vote. It protects democracy

There is no reason why the Post Office should fail. The reason why it does is because it has always been run by stupid people. Running the Post Office like a business would make absolute sense gearing it toward profit and service and trimming the fat.
