@The_Hofzinser If you haven't read the books I can heartily recommend them. They're some of my favorites. The series is a little bit different to the books and I enjoy both separately
@PanzerHarris @atomicmassgames Thanks man. First time I've tried to paint dull/burnished steel before. It was quite the exercise in restraint. Screenshots from the show really came in handy
@MrLlamatastic Honestly I use a 50/50 mix of biostrip and water and it still does great on minis. The mix does look like it's curdled but still works great
@Psientologist I find it a bit weird in general that people are trying to use AI to automate the joyful things and not the drudgery that comes with many jobs
@Elessarion30@OldManMyke I'd also add that model railway ballast is a cheap source for different grades of sand. Make your own mix in some Tupperware and you'll be good to go
@45caliberidea I've also had this issue. If you cut the brush handle down to your desired size then put a thin layer of greenstuff on the cut end to seal it you end up with quite a nice brush
@PeterGordo The how: Snow tyres, city bylaws that mandate you have to shovel the pavement in front of your house so it's clear of show, same with putting down grit. (Not sure if the last one is a bylaw but everyone does it). The why: "gestures vaguely at the state of the UK right now"
@mythicFOX83@OldManMyke This. Also paint the breast bone the same colour you have the shoulders and paint the eyes. Those areas of spot colour should bring it to life
@hbc_handsomedan@WisnuTan That's amazing but also bittersweet at the same time. L5R was such an elegant game mechanically, the community was great and the artwork was amazing. It's just a shame it lost its way.
