@JFreshHockey We already tried this up until the 60s. It was a disaster. The richest teams got the best players and bad teams couldn't compete, while young players were stuck on lopsided contracts because that was their only way into the NHL. That's WHY we have the draft in the first place.

It just means the gun automatically loads the next round rather than the user having to pull a bolt or a lever or a pump. But the new list includes a large number of those as well

@richardzussman There are something like 2 million Hydro customers in BC. For that $200m, you could pay the student loans of like 1000 recently graduated family medicine residents to entice them to settle in B.C., which would be far more impactful for the average household then $100.
