Put the ballots through a mass scanner, use AI to match each person with a real identity, age, address, etc, and pull out the doubles, edge cases, and suspicious ones for scrutiny. If there's a negligible amount of edge/suspicious cases, we're good. If there's a material amount, look into it more deeply.

I could literally do this myself with a few industrial scanners and a laptop. It's not hard, and it will give the people of Los Angeles confidence that they're not being deceived.

I don't have an issue with more mail-in ballots going to Democrats than to Spencer Pratt. I expected that. My issue is the fact that the third-place finisher, and a distant third-place finisher, is getting 40% of the mail-in ballots.

Nithya Raman has no base. No one knew who she was until Spencer Pratt torched her on debate stage. She gave a concession speech on Tuesday.

Because its current development points to a very high likelihood that that it is being stolen as we speak, and it needs an external source of truth.
