@TLRailUK how many times! You NEED to tell people what’s happening when trains are disrupted, spent the last 30 minutes sitting on a train at Kings Cross that someone had decided was no longer going to my stop. But no one actually TOLD anyone that. C’mon this is basic stuff
Then when the recorded messages eventually decide they can’t help me they ask if I’d like to take part in a survey, I say Yes, and it comes back with the wait time is over 60 minutes!!
@RoyalMail how do I speak to an actual person about a missing delivery? The website and app don’t have the info I need, and the phone number takes me on a never ending loop of recorded messages
📢 The new Thameslink timetable starts on Sunday 14 December.

The incompetence of @TLRailUK is on full display tonight. Trains are delayed, when it eventually arrives they wait until we’re all on the train to announce they’re taking out a whole load of stops. They’ve kept in Stevenage which is served by 10 trains per hour 1/
But taken out all the stops that are served by 1 train per hour. So now 90% of the people on the train are stood on the platform, while a mostly empty train departs to not call at any of the stations it’s supposed to 2/
It’s now been over a month since I submitted a complaint to @JackWills who have double charged me for an order. Over a month without a response and they still have my money. Do I need to go to Trading Standards?
@TLRailUK@GNRailUK you’ve cut the service to 1 direction train an hour and you can’t even manage that, third night this week. When are you going to start running a reliable service?
It’s always at this time of night when it’s even more important people get home in a timely manner, do you realise the impact your incompetence is having on people?
@TLRailUK@GNRailUK again you wait until the train is supposed to have departed to cancel, meaning there’s no time to get to Finsbury Park to get an alternative service. The most unreliable service in Britain, a complete disgrace, what is being done to address this ongoing issue
@SamanthaFr77498@TLRailUK@GNRailUK Yup, station staff said the train never even left its origin so they knew it wasn’t going to run. Funny how every second train was cancelled making it an hourly service, this isn’t disruption it’s timetable manipulation.
@GNRailUK it would appear you’ve just cancelled the 19.57 to Letchworth from Kings X - no announcements nothing, was showing as ‘on time’ right up to 19.57. Is the 20.27 going to go or is it another night of wondering how I’ll get home?
@GNRailUK I’m at Kings Cross trying to get home. Just like 3 other times this week. I’d like to understand how you didn’t know you had a shortage of train crew until the very second the train was about to leave?!
@GNRailUK It’s completely unacceptable, there are multiple trains passing through my stop (Welwyn Garden City) but they can’t add it as a stop?! Instead I’ve been told to go to Stevenage and get a taxi back!! I should have been home 20mins ago and I’ve not even left London
@GNRailUK train sat on the platform since 10, due to depart 22.27, you tell us at 22.35 there’s no driver but hopefully coming, the next train isn’t until 23.27 because you’ve cut the service. You’ve turned off the air con. You’ve charged me £35 for this
