Of all the Looney Toons, I have a soft spot for Wile E. Coyote. There's something about the Sisyphean struggle of attaining something that you desperately desire but fail to achieve - and yet continue to through to perseverance. We all fail. We all fall down. We all struggle in the pursuit of our goals, but those who move forward despite the obstacles before us - crash into mountains and get up - those who try again - they win. That's why I support Starship. You fall; You get back up; You fail: You continue - That is the story of greatness, that is what earns respect when you are gone. People will throw stones at you for your stumbles, but its only because they fear they lack that tenacity and it's easier to mock what you are incapable of than admit to its greatness. They're afraid of those who recover from the shame of failure and achieve despite it. It's easy to throw stones in a glass house, but it is admirable to crumble, dust yourself off, and try to catch that fucking bird anyway when all the odds are stacked against you. Godspeed to those to have stumbled on their journey, gotten up, and continued despite it. Fortune favors the brave.
