3 days ago, NORC was an internal tool at my first startup.
This morning, I applied to YC with it.
No customers yet. Just 3 companies already running on it, all mine.
Hardest field: "How far along are you?"
I wrote the truth.
Next 6 days: conversations, not features.
@kushmergedeck Hey ! My employees are AI agents. I'm building their manager: NORC gives Claude Code, Codex and the rest their tasks, their access, and pings me only when it needs me. Running my own companies on it.
@AnthropicAI just filed its S-1. $16.3B of revenue in six months.
Somewhere in there is my Claude bill. You're welcome.
My agents run on Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity at the same time. Different tools, same repos, same week.
Congrats to the labs. We can trust them to push the frontier, and every model gets better.
Our job now is the organization: who does what, with which access, and when a human needs to step in.
A human joins a company and gets a laptop, a Slack, a password manager. Permissions set once.
An AI agent joins and gets nothing. Everyone improvises. Secrets end up in random chats.
Nobody has done agent onboarding yet. That's the job.
Every company will run on agents within three years.
Almost none will run on one agent.
The hard part was never the model. It is the tools that don't talk to each other.
That is the boring decade. I'm building for it.
10 active projects. 1 makes money.
Great ratio for a VC. Terrible for a founder.
So I'm cutting. Several at once, not one by one.
65 hours a week sounds like a lot until… you divide it by 10.
How many did you run before one ate the rest?
I asked AI clones of Musk, Jobs, Zuck & Bezos to judge my AI coach.
Musk gave it 4/10:
"You're fixing 'I code instead of selling' by coding ANOTHER project."
He's not wrong.
From tomorrow, my AI coaches me daily. Goal: sell more, code less.
I'll keep you posted.
Are you trembling?
Duet dropped. Many startups won't like it.
Excited to test it.
But companies won't run on one AI. They'll mix Duet, Dot, Grok and their own agents.
Proactive agents exist. The problem is making them work together.
That's what I'm building with NORC.
We’re opening a research preview of Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent.
It comes to you with what needs your attention, completes tasks you ask of it, keeps working when you step away, and checks with you before it acts on your behalf.
DDR5 RAM prices are going up again.
A US system builder says its supplier has announced another 10–15% price increase for DDR5 memory, with the new prices taking effect this week.
This comes after months of already massive RAM price increases. 32GB DDR5 kits that once cost around €100 can now cost several times more.
If you’re planning a PC upgrade, RAM prices probably aren’t going to get cheaper anytime soon.
Monthly VAT return = one slash command now.
Claude Code grabs the transactions, finds the receipts, preps the declaration, syncs to Pennylane. I just hit enter.
Only manual step left: exporting from my bank. Shine (@CegidGlobal), give us an API 🙏
