โToo many kids today are afraid of failure.โ - Doug Collins
What happens when kids never learn to fail?
They quit when it gets hard.
Because no one let them practice getting back up.
Auburn complained very loudly about missing the NCAA Tournament. I didnโt agree with lots of the arguments made on their behalf, but they went and won the NIT
Winning is a much better way to make a point than taking your ball and going home like Notre Dame football did this year
Deeply saddened to hear of the passing of the great Lou Holtz. Growing up in Arkansas I heard about his coaching greatness from his time leading Arkansas. I witnessed it at Notre Dame from afar growing up. After his retirement I was able to meet him. His impact is far reaching. His coaching resume speaks for itself, but more importantly he used his influence to better others. What I respect most is he was unashamed of his Faith and he spoke boldly to everyone about it. We lost a great leader of men today, but Heaven gained one of the best.
Georgia lost Silas Demary Jr. to UConn and Asa Newell to the NBA and will be an NCAA Tournament team for the second straight season.
Mike White. Heck of a ball coach.
Regarding reports that the White House is willing to negotiate an end to the conflict, I can report with high confidence that what the U.S. would demand in any peace agreement is highly unlikely in the extreme to be accepted by anyone representing the Iranian side. Not to mention that the Iranians have zero credibility with the White House as trusted negotiating partners at this point.
@hulu@hulu_support Iโm able to watch every channel except the @fox5dc@NFLonFOX playoff game between the Seahawks and 49ers. The stream stopped at halftime. I deleted the app and reloaded it, same problem. What is wrong with your app?
Tough loss tonight for my Dawgs. Outplayed and out coached in too many critical moments. I love this team and this university. Thank you for an amazing season; a championship season that gave us much to be proud of. Itโs great to be a Georgia Bulldog!
For more than 20 years I put my hands up in celebration on the gridiron.
Now, I put my hands up to the One that gave me all my talents and abilities โ the King of my life, Jesus Christ.
Iโve never claimed to be perfect, but my aim is for the direction of my life to honor Christ and I pray my faith increases.
So I do want to wish you all a Merry Christmas, whether youโre solo, with family, or friends, and if you havenโt done so, put your faith in Him who can save, Jesus Christ.
Ephesians 2:8-9
[8] For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, [9] not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
This has been my favorite for as long as I can remember, and still I just learned something new. When Linus recites Luke: 8-14, itโs the one time he isnโt holding his security blanket. Because in that moment, he doesnโt need it.
Jarvis Jones left his position on Kirby Smartโs staff in June to return home and take the job at Carver-Columbus HS
He and his staff put on camo waders tonight to remind their team to hunt in the state title
Led his alma mater to a 15-0 record and a GHSA title in his first year
