I got the notification to celebrate my 6th year anniversary.
I wish there was something to celebrate.
6 long years. No justice, just time wasting.
In the end those with power know how to make the right moves for their best interests. And we are left with trauma.

"This is five and a half years after Grenfell, not five and a half months."
Grenfell United's Ed Daffarn reflects on 400 days of the Grenfell Inquiry and a lack of justice served.

Grenfell’s flammable cladding maker Arconic claim product was “entirely lawful”. But makers of combustible insulation - Kingspan - counter that cladding was “principal cause of fire spread”. @RagsMartel reports on the Inquiry’s “merry-go-round of buckpassing” that keeps spinning
Following the conclusion of Module 8, we are left reflecting on the last 4 years; the exposed evidence & the lack of meaningful change.
This is particularly hard to accept with the process ending on the graphic details in which we lost our loved ones. Our full statement below:
Today is the 308th and last day of oral evidence at the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. It is closing with more heartbreaking evidence relating to the victims. The day has begun with the story of Mohammad Alhajali who came from Syria with his brothers to find a better life.
Today marks the end of Module 8, examining the horrific details of how our loved ones spent their final moments.
We are overwhelmed by emotion following Richard Millett QC final statement. We would like to thank him for his work over the years. Our full statement will follow.
And that’s it… Covering the Grenfell Inquiry has been a career honour.
The dignity of survivors, bereaved and the community is a continual inspiration.
And in particular, the residents I’ve learnt so much about but never met - the 72 who are no longer here. This was for you.
2011. An internal Arconic memo notes its cladding has "a bad behaviour" in fires and can't be sold in much of Europe, but could continue to be sold where "regulations are not as restrictive". It ended up on Grenfell. That's what cutting red tape gets you.
After hearing Monday's closing statements from Munroe, we are horrified, disgusted and shocked at the level of contempt authorities have towards our communities.
Our full statement in response to the @metpoliceuk report, written 4 days after the fire.
#DemandCharges
The @metpoliceuk were more concerned about us than the actual criminals. Instead of collecting evidence they were busy racial profiling our community.
Working within a system riddled with racism & Islamophobia will never bring about justice.
We are still processing this.
Amid yesterday's press releases about the anniversary of the Grenfell fire, was one from the National Insulation Association (members include Kingspan) to describe its Parliamentary reception, where ministers shared a drink with industry reps at a terrace in the House of Commons
An interesting take on possible justice for grenfell:

I still firmly believe the length of time it takes to get justice is a form of injustice, some of us may not live to see the outcome.
5 years on.
Putting anger at what happened and those responsible aside, my only other reflection is the importance of spending time with family.
One day they will be gone, and wish we had just spent a bit more time with them.
The fifth anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire is a week today.
The shocking revelations from the inquiry have been heard by too few. So here is a thread which I will update over the next few days with some of the things you may have missed:
