Stundum þurfa þjóðþingin að setja fylgilöggjöf til að útfæra einhverja þætti, kveða á um refsingar eða hver skuli fara með eftirlit með viðkomandi löggjöf.

Reglugerðirnar taka samt sem áður gildi í öllum aðildarríkjum ESB.

Trendin hér eru leiðinlega sterk og í átt til ósjálfbærni. Útgjöld til almannatrygginga hafa vaxið, þrátt fyrir að lífeyrissjóðir skili sífellt betri lífeyrisréttindum til þeirra sem komast á aldur. Á sama tíma er sífellt fjárfest minna og á tíma fjármálaáætlunar 2027-31 verður minna fjárfest en 2022-26. Veit ekki hvaða vélar átti að ræsa en þær eru varla stórar.
