@GregChalmersPGA Heard you on Hack It Out mention the remaining events you hope to play. I’m playing Pebble Beach Monday after the event so I just changed my travel to come in Saturday so I can watch the event on Sunday. Good luck getting in as I’d like to watch your play.
@MyGolfSpy Funny the add popup after clicking the link was for Pro-V1s but my bigger comment is the website was unusable as the adds kept taking over my screen. Monetizing I understand but I had 4 full screen takeovers of my phone and couldn’t even get through article.
@LouStagner I’d be curious if you linked it to course distance as well. I think the rating/slope scale way too much for length (I know length matters) and not enough for trees as personally my 6500 yard home course is rated way easier than most other courses I play but most score worse
@LouStagner I understand the math of it but I don’t understand how they assign course ratings and slope. Trees seem to get way too little value in difficulty and water (even when it’s not in play) gets way too much. Distance appears to me to not be adjusted for climate either.
@4golfonline Third newsletter video is saying “the uploader has not made the video available” and won’t play. It appears to have liked so maybe it’s a country specific issue but I was able to watch the first 2 no problem.
@AirCanada Pointing people back to online forms only helps if the online form works. I’ve spent 6 hours trying to get SQD fixed for recent flights and the form crashes but every other person I talk to or email I send just points me back to a broken form.
@shotscope receiving my X5 has been frustrating. Said it would ship April 11, finally got an email saying it was shipping April 19 but the update email said it would come the fastest post available, still no tracking number and the last email says 7-14 shipping which isn’t fast
@MrGreenHomes@LouStagner@ArccosGolf 71.6 and 127 is my home course. I think my underlying issue is the course rating system weights length so much higher than tightness. My course is 6600 yards but narrow and tree lined. My best index rounds come on vacation when I can play 7,000 yards.
@chasingscratch0 Apparently I should have done advanced scouting. Taking my daughter to fan expo and Carl Weathers is there signing autographs tomorrow.
@LouStagner Not arguing the data but I feel like I must be a strange outlier as my last 20 average 80.6 to produce a 6.7 index. I get there varying ways but the amount I shoot 79-81 is staggering.
@RBC After 2.5 hours I had to hang up. Completely unacceptable. I’ve sent a secure note and 24 hours with no response. Not having access to your card needs to be a higher priority period as I likely have automatic payments bouncing back to vendors now.
@RBC been on hold for 2 hours after the wait time said it would be an hour for what I think is a locked card for false fraud alarm. VIP banking I pay for seems like a joke currently.
@FlightScopeGolf I’m hoping for a definitive position on GSPro integration before the existing user discount expires. I love my Mevo+ and will upgrade to Pro if I can use the software I want but having used two of the existing simulation options extensively I want change.
@scottfawcett I second a comment above. If you can link to GPS then have live approach decade baseline numbers over the green to get a general sense when you don’t have a pin sheet etc. Also agree linking GPS to data collection would be ideal.
@scottfawcett This feature is amazing. Haven’t got it on course yet but this is exactly what I was hoping for off tee. I couldn’t get the approach bit working from home to check but I’m hoping we get to a place it puts in bars for approaches based on GPS and the baseline for approach distance
@TeenBurger42 @4golfonline@LouStagner@scottfawcett I’d argue the how litttle it happens point. That depends a lot on how much play the course gets and how concentrated tee shots are (such as lay up areas). I was in 4 divots in my round yesterday (3 fairway and 1 in rough) which is almost 25% of my approaches. All were sand filled
