Everything he touched gets reviewed unless the institution’s prejudged conclusion matters more than its process. Which one is the ICC? 😂

When the court itself concludes its prosecutor is compromised, “but judges signed off” on his ex parte submissions isn’t the flex you think it is.

Whatever moral principle you feel is reasonable, this “right of the occupied” does not exist anywhere in international law. Also any party involved in a “liberation struggle” must still obey IHL and not rape, behead, etc…

They are worried that just like with UNSC 1701 promised disarmament of Hezbollah in South Lebanon, pressure on Iran will stop and benefits of the “deal” paid out anyway. This has happened many times before.
