@saitojohn hmmmm. how is "delight" measured in the first place? is it binary (delighted or nah)? or are there degrees of delight? and what do we hypothesize delight would result in (conversion/engagement/feels)? and can we figure out just how much delight will deliver optimal results? ๐ค
@joeyabanks it also depends on the nature of the interaction before the dialog. was it too easy to mistakenly take an irreversible action? why? that's a larger experience issue.

often, what we classify as a 'destructive action' is the right/positive/very much intended outcome for the user.
