@ScottishPower Really really bad customer service, I waited for 30 mins yesterday - tried again today another 30 min wait and still haven't got through! What is going on!

@GatwickExpress The 1400 train was cancelled st 13.56 without explanation and no announcement on when the next train is leaving. Is GW Express aware that they serve an airport and people have planes to catch.?
@DPD_UK DPD delivery due yesterday 29/11. Got message saying delivery today 30/11 so waited in. Am at home when got message saying delivery not made as customer not in. No phone call, no doorbell ring - still no parcel. NOT A GOOD SERVICE DPD
