I suspect Harry knows he’s now in a bind. Born Royal but eager to escape its confines, he can’t shed its trappings and privileges. As more doors close on him because of his wife’s thirsty and abrasive personality, he’s struggling to understand why his invitations and projects are drying up. A return to the Royal fold would be blocked by almost every member of the family. He’s also unskilled, unemployable, indiscreet and has expensive princely tastes. And saddled with the wife from hell. His future looks bleak.
In addition, if he has reached out to William to send his best wishes to Catherine regarding her surgery - the Prince of Wales would have shared NOTHING with him. No diagnosis, medical updates, nothing. And why would he? Harry would blab all the details to his missus who would immediately call the papers. I can just imagine Harry getting off the phone from his brother and whining that he wouldn’t tell him anything. (Keep your family close and your enemies closer, William.)
Do I feel sorry for Harry? I used to, but not any longer. He needs to learn how to be an adult and a husband and how to STFU about his family and every little detail that went down when he was growing up in one of the most privileged families in the world.
Archewell Foundation, and well basically everything with the Archewell label, has been an abysmal failure. This shouldn't be a surprise, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have done nothing but jump from one disaster into another since leaving the royal family. But it goes further than that as it seems like that the Archewell Foundation was designed to fail or, at the very least, have a minimal impact.
To help distract from Harry and Meghan's obvious cash grab in Hollywood after leaving the royal family, the couple needed to look more philanthropic. The solution was the Archewell Foundation, a rather poorly named and ill-defined entity mean to further the charitable endeavors that they began while being working royals.
But the truth is something else, as seemingly revealed by their recent 990 report, as the couple received only two donations last year, each conspicuously for $1 million. And I have a fairly good idea who made those donations.
It was Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
What better way to funnel their paychecks than into a tax deductible organization that they created that solely exists as a positive PR machine for them, with the additional benefit of allowing them to pay their staff members, like James Holt, a $220,000 salary and a $20,000 bonus. (And just so you're aware, his salary was a 1/10 of the charity's entire expenditure for 2022.)
Because other than a handful of random pictures, a self-promotional seminar, and a self-aggrandizing video, what's the purpose of Archewell? It's a charity that does not seemingly exist to serve others, but to serve those that created it.
But why is that? Harry and Meghan have taken great pains to tell the world that they are "philanthropists" and yet their charity operated at a loss of $640,000+. Sure they had $9 million in the bank starting at the beginning of the year, but why not raise enough money to cover all the costs.
I would suggest, there is a simple reason for that.
Archewell is not meant to grow, it's just there to do enough to make Harry and Meghan look good, nothing more and nothing less. It exists as a simple PR machine for the couple to trot out as necessary, with the additional benefit of having a tax deduction purpose.
The couple's representatives tried to avoid the dismal performance of the charity, by stating: "It is most fiscally responsible not to continue to raise large sums of money with millions still in reserve. In 2022, (The Archewell Foundation) focused on building out original programming that successfully launched in 2023. The Archewell Foundation is grateful for such a successful year and looks forward to continued growth in 2024."
But would it also not be more fiscally responsible to do everything you can to raise enough money to cover all your costs and use the money in reserves for other, more important expenses? Perhaps to respond to some sort of crisis or as a foundation to expand your endeavors?
To be unable to raise enough money to cover all costs seems foolhardy and could result in the charity operating at a loss nearly every year. This would eventually result in the failure of the charity as a whole.
It could also be argued that the most fiscally irresponsible part of their whole operation is the belief by Harry and Meghan that they could have made Archewell anything close to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation or the Clinton Foundation. They never had the finances for the first, and never the positive enough clout for the second. So operating the charity in this way seems foolhardy to begin with, especially as their Hollywood prospects have dwindled.
There's also the additional curiosity of the couple not setting up any sort of donation system. If they really want Archewell to succeed, why not open it up more to the general public and those who wish to support them?
I would argue that it's because they don't want any additional people having any oversight or connection to Archewell. If it grows too large, then by default Harry and Meghan have less control. This could result in changes made that they not agree with or that minimizes their ability to make a buck or at least spin whatever they're doing with Archewell into something positive for their own public image.
So this is where Archewell will stay. Minimal and inconsequential until it either folds or is separated due to divorce or separation of its founders. It could have been something great, but Harry and Meghan don't want charitable greatness, just a tax break and some positive PR.

@jerseydeanne Is there anything and I mean ANYTHING that doesn’t offend her ?? Doesn’t make her throw herself in the floor and sob 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ #MeghanLovesUranus
All I see is Rachel Ragland, this ones wife, the Grifter and her side minion Scoobie Doo are the ones who are racist, misogynists, sexist and wannabe elitists. These two are the REAL problems who are deranged, have full on mental issues and hatred for themselves and others.
🤡
"Omid Scobie has placed Queen Elizabeth II in the racism row.
He suggests Meghan was insulted at Palace aides assigning Her Maj’s black equerry to make her “feel comfortable”."

📸Another day, another stroll with Backgrid capturing my every move. It takes true audacity to show my face in public after the whirlwind caused by the book Endgame. But, as always, I try to pull off the facade of living my best life. Amidst the drama, I'm still striving to secure deals and opportunities, despite the challenges. The title may be more crucial now than ever. On a related note, WME has issued a stern warning, expressing their frustration and indicating that they're at their wits' end. They're ready to part ways if I don't keep my mouth shut. The pressure is on with the added challenge of being Blacklisted. #MeghanMarkle #MeghanMarkleisPoison #MeghanMarkleisaLiar
COMMENT: The biggest victim of the latest race row to engulf the royal family is Prince Archie, who will pay a high price for his parents’ very public feud with the palace. https://t.co/N5GAe9u51B
@TribesBritannia Good then maybe we can finally stop talking about their horrible behavior and focus more on what the RF is doing. Hopefully they will just go away now
