I have been working as a Rapido rider since the COVID period. I try to earn Rs 1,000 daily, but I am usually unable to reach my target because many customers cancel the ride after seeing my disability. I aim to complete 50 to 60 rides a day, but I am only able to get around 10 to 15, and sometimes even just 5. People ask me why I ride for Rapido. It is because I have to earn a living and make my daily bread. I ride my Activa 125, which was gifted to me by my brother, and use it to take rides all across Hyderabad."

On his interaction with customers, he says, "Every day, 4 to 5 people cancel my ride, but I can't do anything about it. Many customers hesitate, but I assure them of their safety. Many people take one look at my vehicle and cancel. Some don't cancel because they might get charged a cancellation fee, forcing me to cancel instead, which costs me a Rs 10 penalty per cancellation. I have applied for other jobs, but I haven't received any responses."
