Israel DMW irks a number of you because you don't understand him.

Every genius needs an "obsessive henchman," someone whose loud, expressive, unshakeable belief in you acts as both a sountrack to your extraordinary journey, and an endless well of positive reinforcement."

What annoys you about him is that this is the age of individualism and agency. Where the self is exalted over community. The henchman comes from a time past, where greatness is communal, and even the bit-part roles are recognized for serving a greater purpose.

Everyone needs an Israel DMW. Life is realitic enough. Self-belief already has enough obstacles to diminish it. Obsession and delusion is the only way to fight back, and people like Israel DMW possess that in abundance.

Call him a personality hire, but videos like this underscore how much of an influence he is.

After witnessing Beyoncé in Stade France last year and Davido at Crystal Palace Bowl last year, we need at least 10years to figure out the concert infrastructure for Nigeria.

The biggest problem would be the road network. It is easy to raise money and build 20k arenas etc, but can our road and transport infrastructure support that multitude of gatherings at once without cracking?

Both concerts were easy for me to navigate during the day and night. All trains and buses were working, traffic was well coordinated, security stood on business. At no point did i feel like the crowd would turn into a stampede.

The UK is suffering wildfires and during the concert where obviously people would be smoking etc, we got alerts country wide alerting us of wildfires and caution not to start any fires.

I pray we get it right mhen. I do. This is not the industry's job to fix, this is the role of the government.

When we tell people we need government's support for the creative sector, this is the perfect example.

Oyetola took over from him but could not even pay any of the backlogs.
Adeleke entered in 2022 and paid all my mum’s owed salaries and arrears in millions.
He paid my mum’s gratuity and pension after 8 years.
