- A group of multimillionaires from New York moved and bought beachfront property in a small town called Boca Grande, Florida
- The beach is public and the only way to access it for the local residents is to go to the island, park and enjoy it
- The millionaires from New York who bought properties there, decided they didn’t like looking at the public in their backyards using the beach
