ALERT: Maniac launches a Molotov cocktail at a victim in a wheelchair and shoves him into the fire as he tries to roll away.

The suspect is seen approaching a man in a wheelchair outside of the Oklahoma City Police headquarters and igniting a Molotov cocktail.

The suspect then launches the lit bottle at the man, and when he tries to roll away from the fire, the suspect pushes him out of his wheelchair into the flames.

A sheriff's deputy driving by rushed over and held the suspect at gunpoint while a bystander dragged the man from the flames.

Authorities say the suspect threw the Molotov cocktail at a random person and is facing multiple felony charges, including assault with intent to kill and assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

The victim in the wheelchair was transported to a hospital with minor injuries and is expected to recover.
