Viper es la única muerte hoyoverseada que hay en el juego y ya veo el porqué, resulta que es muy popular en Japón, tonces no le convenia morir. Aún así, su muerte no hubiera cambiado la historia. También para agregar, murieron nikkes que si eran necesarias por el plot.

The actual answer is that Vipers too popular (at least in Japan) for them to kill off. Vipers in a weird limbo where they want to act like she’s reformed but the only reason she’s popular is because she’s toxic so they can’t reform her too much or they lose her appeal.
