On day two, Hamza Okello, the PPM consultant, guides youth in developing fundable project proposals. Patrick Ocen, #GRIC project coordinator for Uganda, urged youth to generate ideas solving community problems, refining them with mentors who shall be assigned to each youth into realistic, fundable projects. The GRIC Africa Youth Leadership Program, in its sixth cohort, trains East African youth in life skills and competitiveness. Uganda’s convening is at Genade Comfort Hotel, Lira City. #GYLP #Youthleadership
