Shocking customer service from @BandQ . Quick to take your money, lengthy wait time for delivery then just don't show up in the delivery slot! Chase them up - item out of stock until January. Avoid relying on them for delivery of any item, useless!

According to ITV news, the R rate in London is 2.56. The R rate in the North West is 1.2. North East 0.5. So why is it that the North East & North West have a number of areas in #tier3lockdown yet London remains #tier2 🤔

I wonder would more people support a second national lockdown if we knew a definite duration. And then plan after it.

@Hermesparcels disappointing service from your Sale (Cheshire) couriers - apparently attempted to deliver a parcel twice, no card left & I have been at home all day both days they have supposedly tried to deliver! Hermes are usually so reliable!

Late lockdown - shambles.
