Yeah so what’s the issue? What it sounds like you’re describing is somebody using an SMLLC for the asset protection and shielding that U.S. Law gives it. Same way U.S. companies open entites in foreign nations for various legal protections, but pay tax in the U.S. for inclme derived in the U.S.
