@SamsungUK I sent off a laptop to Samsung repair and when it was returned the service centre had damaged the usb port and the screen.
I am now getting told to contact the repair company myself.
Terrible support from Samsung and just fobbing off support

@eBay_UK got scammed by a MacBook seller and having to go through all the waiting process.
In the mean time the account is selling ps5, Xbox etc and will be scamming others. Surely there is a better way then just waiting.
