I caught the M8 bus from Stirling to Glasgow, after 2 bus stops 3 people were told the bus was full. But they had pre booked seats. The driver contacted the company and was advised to ask 3 people who hadn't booked and were concessions to leave the bus.Not fair#citylinkbuses

Pre payment meters should be outlawed and energy companies should be shamed of themselves for making the most vulnerable people pay more for what should be a basic human right to light and heat.
