Why can’t a member of your Management either call me, or email me from a mailbox I can respond to! It’s not ok to not sent me an item but still charge me

@lookfantastic I’ve sent at least 4 Dm’s. I’ve been tweeting u for over a week (tweets I’ve deleted to start again). I’ve tried ur online chat (Useless), I’ve tried sending a message via ur website but u’ve blocked my email! I have no other social media. Wen will u just resolve so I can stop?
@LookfantasticCS WORST customer service. Still no response from ur pathetic “Investigations” team. U advised via Twitter to contact ur online chat. They do NOTHING. Don’t even bother to read the messages I send them. They provided a link to an account I can’t access! Unhelpful
@LookfantasticCS Did u not see my tweet response ? I contacted ur online chat TWICE yday & they were zero help. All they advise is “We’ll have this looked into” yet no reply! I can’t message via my account because u’ve blocked this for no reason & everytime I ask u for an email u ignore this.
@LookfantasticCS Appalling customer service. Made my 1st ever LF order, it arrived damaged & item missing now u’ve closed my account. I sent photos of my order & u’ve said that wasn’t ur parcel even after I sent a pic of the postage label with ur address! How can I resolve?
@LookfantasticCS Macey, ur sending me round in circles. I tried ur online chat TWICE yday. Both times I’m told some1 will get in touch, which hasn’t happened. U’ve blocked my account so I can’t message. I don’t have FB. Why are u unable to provide me an email address or telephone number?
@LookfantasticCS Instead u’ve sent me an email which I can’t respond to saying u’ve investigates this, think I’ve placed orders before (Never used u before), I didn’t have an item missing & u can’t see damage to the other item. This is completely untrue, unhelpful & obstructive. Appalling service
@LookfantasticCS Hi. Still no contact! Why is it so difficult to provide me an email address to contact u? I placed an order, received my order, 1 item damaged & 1 item missing. U’ve provided me no proof why 1 item is missing, u’ve closed my account down & now I can’t even liaise with u!
@LookfantasticCS As requested they should contact me via a channel which allows me to respond. Additionally, I think I may have uploaded 1 picture of an incorrect packing box in haste. This may of caused confusion. I still have the orginal box / damaged item I can return to u! Please pass this on
