In order to sell product there, the vendors have to pay exorbitant fees. This, in turn, means the markup will have to be high enough to not only make a profit, but also not too high to dissuade any sales at all.

That being said, I think the fees should be waived completely, and only a flat percentage of sales profits given to the stadium.
