Folks, we need to talk about something important: there are now two Romanias. One where we actually live, and another one being constructed on X (formerly Twitter) for the American audience. And the gap between them grows larger every day.

Let me break down what's happening:
- X is no longer just a social network - it's become Americans' primary news source
- Influencers with hundreds of thousands of followers are coming to Bucharest
- They're exclusively talking to a single candidate and a single party
- They're building a very specific narrative about our country
- Their message gets amplified by Elon Musk's algorithms

I said this on Digi24 and I'll say it again: if we don't like what's being said about us, we have two options:

1. Sit around and complain
2. Actively join the conversation

I say we go with option 2. How?
- Post in English
- Engage directly with these influencers in their comments
- Present our perspective - from people who actually live here

No, creating a European social network isn't the solution. That would take years, and Americans already control the important platforms. We need to play on their field, by their rules, but with our truth.

About money and funding... let me just say this from my experience as a content creator: nobody travels the world with production teams paying from their own pocket. And X ads revenue won't even cover your plane tickets. Draw your own conclusions...

Fraților, trebuie să vorbim despre ceva important: există două Românii acum. Una în care trăim noi și alta care se construiește pe X (fostul Twitter) pentru publicul american. Și diferența dintre ele crește pe zi ce trece.

Să vă explic ce se întâmplă:
- X nu mai e doar rețea socială, e principala sursă de știri pentru americani
- Influenceri cu sute de mii de followeri vin la București
- Discută doar cu un singur candidat și un singur partid
- Construiesc o narațiune foarte precisă despre țara noastră
- Sunt amplificați de algoritmii lui Elon Musk

Am spus-o la @Digi24_HD și o repet: dacă nu ne place ce se spune despre noi, avem două opțiuni:

1. Să stăm și să ne plângem
2. Să intrăm activ în conversație

Eu zic să alegem varianta 2. Cum?
- Să postăm și în engleză
- Să interacționăm direct cu acești influenceri în comentarii
- Să prezentăm și perspectiva noastră, a celor care chiar trăim aici

Nu, nu e o soluție să ne facem o rețea socială europeană. Asta ar dura ani și oricum americanii controlează deja platformele importante. Trebuie să jucăm pe terenul lor, cu regulile lor, dar cu adevărul nostru.

Despre bani și finanțare... să zicem doar că din experiența mea de creator de conținut știu sigur un lucru: nimeni nu călătorește prin lume cu echipe de producție plătind din buzunarul propriu. Iar din ads pe X nu-ți scoți nici măcar biletele de avion. Draw your own conclusions...
